Welcome!

  I have been blessed to be doing massage for the last 20 years in the Winter Haven area.  I opened A Healing Haven in 2004 and it has been a passion to help those who were unable to help themselves.  My husband and I along with our three boys, moved to Winter Haven in 1998 and have loved the area ever since.  I have been certified in many different modalities including Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage and Table Top Thai massage.  I am a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor and do personalized training.
